Forms collects data without a server: on your own device, in kiosk mode, or through an HTML file that can be filled in without the app. Responses from several devices are merged and analysed.
What the app does today
Questions
- 21 question types, including matrix, ranking, file, signature and calculated field
- Adjustable rating scales, images on questions and options
- Validation rules, e.g. for postcodes or IBAN
- Pipe earlier answers into later questions
- Bold, italic and links in notes and descriptions
Logic and flow
- Conditions decide which questions and sections appear
- Branching per answer, one question per page with letter keys
- Quizzes with points, answers and feedback
- Response settings: time window, maximum count, own closing text
- Closing page depending on answers, questions in random order
Filling in
- Kiosk mode with PIN for front desks and events
- Drafts are saved and can be resumed
- HTML form to fill in without the app; the response file is imported
- Appearance with accent colour, logo and header image
- A copy of your own answers as PDF after submitting
Analysing
- Summary with charts, NPS and statistics, also as PDF
- Response table with filters, search and editing with a change note
- Export to CSV, XLSX and PDF
On iPhone and iPad
- Keyboard to match each field, date and time on wheels
- One question per page with swipes
- The kiosk asks after a pause whether someone is still there
- Question list to reorder with your finger
Checked with automated screenshots at iPhone and iPad sizes, not yet on real devices.

How it connects
- Publishes responses as a dataset for Sheets, Reports, Documents and Slides.
- Frozen revisions: once responses exist, field IDs stay stable.
- The same in every app: command search with ⌘K, German and English, automatic saving on your device.
